HSENI WELCOMES NEW CHAIR ON BOARD FOR FOUR-YEAR TERM

Economy Minister Conor Murphy has announced the appointment of a new Chair to the board of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI). Mrs Catherine Irwin MBE will serve for a four-year term, with effect from 17 June 2024.

HSENI Chief Executive Robert Kidd said: “We would like to thank Mrs Irwin for accepting the role as our new Chair of the HSENI board. She has sat on the board since 2021, during which time she has displayed a wealth of experience and understanding of HSENI’s commitment to health and safety.

“I look forward to continuing working with Mrs Irwin in contributing significantly to the aims and objectives and the vital work undertaken by HSENI.”
