The EAP Institute is organising a two-hour interactive online training session on managing the psychosocial risks of overwork and burnout, designed for professionals, HR leaders, and wellbeing advocates looking to create healthier workplaces.

✅ Apply guidance from IOSH and ISO 45003
✅ Build a structured approach to workplace mental health

Speakers:
👤 Maurice Quinlan – Director of the EAP Institute, Maurice has over 30 years’ experience in developing mental health and employee support policies.
👤 Sinead Kelly – A self health coach based in Cork and online, Sinead specialises in helping busy professionals improve their wellbeing through practical coaching, talks, and workshops.
