NATIONAL WORKPLACE WELLBEING DAY TO ‘CELEBRATE CONNECTION’

Apr 3, 2025 | Nationwide News

Ibec is calling on all businesses in Ireland to register now for this year’s National Workplace Wellbeing Day on Wednesday 30 April, which will once again offer organisations the opportunity to rebalance and refocus on supports that will benefit the social, mental, and physical wellbeing of their employees.

Join the 1,000+ companies who will register and publicly commit to workplace wellbeing, highlighting both supports and strategies that put the ‘whole person’ at their core. ‘Celebrate Connection’ – the theme for the 11th National Workplace Wellbeing Day – will focus on the power of simple human connection; connecting with colleagues can boost morale, foster a more supportive work environment, and improve employee mental and physical wellbeing.

National Workplace Wellbeing Day provides the ideal platform for companies to showcase the range of initiatives they offer their employees. The website www.wellbeingday.ie also provides downloadable resources to promote, activation ideas, partner offers, and an interactive map where all registered company activities are displayed.

Now in its 11th year, the day is a timely reminder that investing in employee wellbeing is not just a trend – it’s a long-term commitment to building healthier, happier and more productive workplaces.

The Irish employers’ organisation is offering both a bespoke Wellbeing Consultancy service and The KeepWell Mark™ framework to assist companies of all sizes with their workplace wellbeing strategy development and accreditation.
